According to the Official Gazette of the European Union, on May 26, 2023, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No. 2023/1029 to revise the maximum residue limits of phosmet in certain products.
Annex III and Annex V of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are revised as follows:
(1) In Part A of Annex III, delete the column for phosmet;
(2) In Attachment V, add the column for phosmet:

It is understood that this Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day from the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Applicable from September 15, 2023.
